GET OUT, LOOK WITHIN, AND DISCOVER UNKNOWN POTENTIAL WITH LULULEMON AND WILDERNESS.

Disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with nature. Join us for a three-day off-road, off-grid motorcycle and camping trip from California’s Sierra National Forest to the world-famous Yosemite Valley, ending our ride at the base of El Capitan.

When: September 13-15, 2019

Why: Immersing yourself in wilderness is about disconnecting to reconnect with nature, with each other, and with ourselves. We share in the highs and the lows, the work and the fun and, together, we grow as individuals. We venture into the unknown knowing our limits. Then we leave them in our dust.

Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate. If you have some street bike experience, you’ll be in good shape to tackle this expedition. If you have off-road experience, even better.

Note: You will need a valid motorcycle license or permit to participate in the experience (we highly recommend the MSF course for training and certification).

Travel: You’ll need to land in Los Angeles by 9am on September 13 for and rideshare or drive (we have secure parking) to Wilderness HQ (4284 Union Pacific Ave, Los Angeles CA 90023) for a 10am departure or be at the Fresno airport by 2:30pm for a pick-up. Plan to fly home on the morning of September 16, either from Fresno or LAX.

Route Overview: We’ll cover over 300 miles as we trace our way through foothills, past ancient Sequoia groves, over 8000’+ summits, and along rushing rivers. This is the ultimate weekend trip, with remote riding through incredible landscapes, complete with a professional cook, photographer, videographer, and everything you need to make this trip one you will never forget.

Wilderness Collective operates under permit on the Sierra National Forest and Yosemite National Park

FAQs

I am a very new rider is the trip for me?
We specialize in and enjoy teaching brand new riders. Whether you have street experience and no off-road experience or little motorcycle experience at all we will help you learn and master the basics by the end of the trip. We have a sweep guide that will make sure you have a great experience and can ride your own ride. Approximately 50% of our guest are new riders.

I’m an experienced rider, will I be bored?
Absolutely not! Our lead guides are trained to ride just a bit faster than you. We know what it’s like to be on a trip and feel like you can’t go as fast as you want so we’ve designed the trip to allow experienced riders to rip at the front of the pack and not have to worry about the rest of the group keeping up.

Where can I keep my luggage during my trip?
If you have any luggage, there will be secure storage available.

What additional bags can I bring?
All belongings you bring will need to fit in the backpack/luggage system we provide or suggest. Any additional bags will be stored securely. On our Moto trips, the chase truck will carry your sleeping bag and ground pad.
